1. Briefing and Design Development

Our Landscape Consultant crafts an initial Landscape Architectural Outline proposal, presented to you and your architect for feedback. We refine the design based on your input, creating a tailored brief that sets the stage for success. This collaborative approach ensures your vision is at the heart of the design.

2. Scheme Design

In the scheme design phase, we develop conceptual drawings that visualize your landscape. These are costed to align with your budget. If amendments affect costs, we consult you for approval before proceeding. This stage balances creativity and practicality, ensuring a design that’s both inspiring and feasible.

3. Detailed Design

With your approval, we create technical drawings, including layout plans, planting plans, irrigation plans, and hardscape details. These documents guide contractor bids and implementation. Our Consultant advises on selecting qualified contractors, ensuring every element meets industry standards and your expectations.

4. Implementation

Implementation follows a structured programme, shared with you and consultants. Our team oversees construction, planting, and irrigation installation, transforming plans into reality.

5. Supervision

We conduct fortnightly supervision to ensure quality and adherence to designs. This hands-on approach guarantees flawless execution, from plant placement to hardscape construction, delivering a landscape that meets your vision.

6. Maintenance Period

Post-implementation, we initiate a maintenance period to ensure your landscape thrives. Our Consultant inspects the site, and any failed plants are replaced at no cost. This commitment to quality ensures a healthy, vibrant landscape.

7. Final Account and Handover

After maintenance, a final inspection confirms the landscape’s condition. We settle accounts and hand over the project with a maintenance manual. This seamless transition ensures you enjoy a sustainable, stunning outdoor space for years to come.
